1. Emergency Dismantling & Removal
We deploy crews to rapidly disassemble and remove systems furniture (cubicles), desks, and demountable walls. Unlike general movers, our trained and often certified installers know how to disassemble major brands like (Steelcase, Herman Miller) without breaking or losing key components that will be needed on the rebuild.
2. Off-Site Storage & Drying
We transport your furniture out of the humid environment to our secure warehouse. There we will clean and dry it in a controlled climate, preventing further rusting, swelling or mold growth while your building is being remediated.
3. Cleaning & Assessment
We can work with insurance adjusters to assess water-damaged furniture to determine what is salvageable. We offer professional cleaning for fabric panels and seating that have suffered minor exposure, but are salvageable. For items that are not, we provide detailed inventory reports and waste tickets to both the customer and insurance company, expediting payout to the customer so they can get replacements ordered as quickly as possible.
4. Re-Installation ("Day 2" Service)
Once the restoration company certifies the building is dry, we return. We reinstall your layout exactly as it was, or help you reconfigure the space to accommodate new requirements. We also work with many local and National dealerships that can provide replacement furniture that we would install as needed to supplement the salvaged furniture. We ensure your team returns to a fully functional office.
